1. Coaching workshop to strengthen self-confidence, personal responsibility and the ability to assert oneself, clearer communication and boundary setting
2. Development of a company-wide female network - in conjunction with community ambassadors - providing safe spaces for exchange in on- and offline formats
3. Survey to identify focus topics for a female network
